When Pike Stained Glass Studios was founded in 1908, the American Opalescent School of glass design was very popular. At that time, we designed windows such as those at the Sonnenburg Gardens Museum in Canandaigua, NY, and the Grandview Cemetery Chapel in Whitesboro, NY. Even these windows, however, show signs of a transition to the Neo-Gothic style that became more prominent for the first half of the Twentieth Century, as evidenced by the remaining selection of examples below:
